Your personal website will help you to -- promote your business, collect online orders, annouce your events and recruit new consultants.Do you have a PERSONAL picture of yourself???What about a PERSONAL story???We all have a story -- simple or complex, short or long -- SHARE IT!! Whether you joined yesterday or 5 years ago...YOU have a story. Make it PERSONAL.5. So -- if you don't have a picture of YOURSELF and a personal story on your PWS, that's your goal for the next 24 hours. DO IT. If it's already done -- update it, freshen it up.Log in to your workstation >> click on ACCOUNT >> EDIT PWS on the right under PERSONAL WEBSITE6. Moving on! Remember I said CREATIVE??? Your list of 100 is a GOLD MINE. Let's get creative....Bank teller, Chamber of Commerce, empty nester, doctor's office, Facebook friends, new mom, other direct sellers, someone who loves having fun, insurance agent, owns a business, someone who knows everyone, someone who is friendly, fitness coach, mailman, photographer, part-time worker, personal trainer, pet groomer, wedding planner, single parent, support group members, soccer moms, youth group leader, xray tech, volunteersWho do YOU share Scentsy with that I maybe don't??? I want to hear from YOU!9. Now that you have your list of 100 (or you're well on your way!) -- let's talk about a re-launch party. When was the last time you had your own Scentsy party at your home??? Be honest.10. Challenge: pick a date and get your Re-Launch party in the books!! I'm going to give you several fun tips on hosting a SUCCESSFUL re-launch/grand opening/customer appreciation party! Once you have your date in the books, post below!11. Tips for a fun, successful RE-LAUNCH party!*Invite everyone! It's a celebration...be excited! The more people to share in your excitement, the better.*Hold it in your home. If that's not possible, as a close friend or family member to host it for you or find a local venue...church, library, community center.*Be creative with your invitations. Use festive graphics, colored paper, etc.*Don't be so creative that you forget the important details such as when, where, and what time to arrive and a RSVP so you know how many to plan for.*Promise food, lots of fun and freebies (samples) to increase acceptance and hold true! Especially the FUN part*Ask a friend to help you with refreshments so that you can focus of being a wonderful hostess.12. Theme parties are my FAVORITE!!!!! and guests love them as well. Here are a few ideas...*An appreciation party for customers and hosts to build loyalty and generate more business*A mystery hostess party -- every guests can earn chances to be entered into the drawing to earn the hostess benefits (arrive on time, RSVP, bring an uninvited adult guest, bring an outside order, for each $10 in sales, booking a party, etc)*A party crasher party is fun-- guests are encouraged to bring a friend to CRASH THE PARTY*Pool party, sunset party, beach party, backyard BBQ, ballpark party*St. Patrick's Day (I just did this -- had 16 guests and a fabulous party!! It turned out awesome-- I encouraged guests to wear green, bring a friend, bring an outside order -- and I did a Mystery Hostess and one of the guests earned all the free and half price hostess benefits.
